Arrival & Induction
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our team for a personal handover. Each car is carefully washed and air-dried before being moved into its allocated storage bay. If desired, the vehicle can be started, brought up to temperature, and thoroughly checked to ensure all fluids and levels are correct.

During Storage
Throughout its stay, your car receives regular health checks to maintain optimal condition. We can start and run the engine periodically to keep mechanical systems active, while constant environmental monitoring ensures perfect storage conditions at all times.

Collection & Handover
Before collection, every car undergoes final checks and is positioned in the collection bay, ready for a seamless handover.

Concierge & Additional Services
For your convenience, we offer a bespoke concierge service — including vehicle collection and return, or personal transport to and from the facility. We can also arrange further services such as MOTs, mechanical servicing, paint correction, detailing, or specialist modifications through our trusted partners.
